On Friday, November 16, Dell provided notebook computers to the student body at the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, to enhance their educational experience in the classroom. Excited students were chanting as Ron Clark, co-founder of RCA, and other teachers appeared with 60 Dell notebooks. When each student was formally presented with his or her computer, there were smiles all around the room with some students so overwhelmed they could hardly speak.

Ron Clark Academy
The Ron Clark Academy, a premier educational facility for inner-city fifth- through eighth-grade students in Atlanta, opened this fall using Dell technology to create an interactive classroom learning environment. Curriculum
The curriculum at the Ron Clark Academy covers the basic requirements according to Georgia’s standard course of study. In addition, students are exposed to classes and programs where they will learn and be involved with photography, dancing, music production, the art of design, dramatic performance, and business leadership.
